Add frozen spinach and 2 tablespoons of water to a blender and blend until smooth
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar
Add egg and milk until combined and then stir in spinach mixture until batter is well combined.
Heat a skillet to medium low and spoon 2 tablespoons of batter on to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until bubbles subside (on the first side).
Maple Whipped Cream:
Add heavy whipping cream and maple syrup to a medium sized bowl and whisk using a hand mixer until mixture has thickened
