Pea and Walnut Pesto
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag Stahlbush Island Farms Frozen Green Peas, thawed
- 3 ounces fresh basil
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
- ½ cup Parmesan, cubed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ cup olive oil, more as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and place on high, drizzle in more olive oil until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
