Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Sangria Punch

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 cups of Stahlbush Island Farms Organic Frozen Strawberries, divided into 4 cups and 1 cup for garnish
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 bottle Joyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé or rosé of choice
  • 2 oz of simple syrup *see notes
  • 4-10 oz of sparkling water, to preferred consistency
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped for garnish
  • Sliced oranges or other red berries for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a large bowl, toss 4 cups strawberries with sugar, making sure to coat all of the berries. Set aside for at least 20 minutes to allow berries to macerate.
  • Add strawberry mixture with half of the orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher.
  • Add the orange juice, non-alcoholic Rosé, simple syrup, and sparkling water to the pitcher.
  • Stir until combined and add 1 cup of sliced strawberries and optional additional fruit as garnish. Add more sparkling water for a thinner punch as desired.
  • Chill before serving.
    NOTES
  • To make a basic simple syrup: Heat a 1 to 1 ratio of sugar and water in a heavy bottom pot (example: 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water). Make sure all the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Let cool and chill completely before use. Can be stored in the fridge for a week.
