4-10 oz of sparkling water, to preferred consistency
1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped for garnish
Sliced oranges or other red berries for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, toss 4 cups strawberries with sugar, making sure to coat all of the berries. Set aside for at least 20 minutes to allow berries to macerate.
Add strawberry mixture with half of the orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher.
Add the orange juice, non-alcoholic Rosé, simple syrup, and sparkling water to the pitcher.
Stir until combined and add 1 cup of sliced strawberries and optional additional fruit as garnish. Add more sparkling water for a thinner punch as desired.
Chill before serving. NOTES
To make a basic simple syrup: Heat a 1 to 1 ratio of sugar and water in a heavy bottom pot (example: 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water). Make sure all the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Let cool and chill completely before use. Can be stored in the fridge for a week.
