Golden Milk Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas, sliced and then frozen
2c.
Stahlbush Island Farms frozen riced cauliflower
½ c coconut cream
Scoop of vanilla protein powder, optional
8 cubes crystallized ginger
2 dates
2-4 tsp turmeric (start with 1 tsp, taste, and add more if desired)
½ tsp cinnamon
Dash or more of plant milk as needed.
For Garnishing:
Yellow fruits of choice (shown here: banana, golden kiwi, yellow dragonfruit, and starfruit)
Yellow chocolate candies (optional, vegan and/or naturally colored as desired)
Unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until a thick, smooth texture develops, adding additional plant milk as needed.
Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
As desired, top the smoothie bowl with an assortment of yellow fruit. Finish with yellow chocolate candies and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
