Place the broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Broil until the broccoli begins to get dark brown to black tips, 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the broccoli cooks, slice your baguette on a diagonal and lay the slices out on another sheet pan. Drizzle them with a little olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt. When the broccoli is done, place the bread under the broiler until toasted and lightly brown, 3-5 minutes.
Make the hot honey, by combining the honey and chili flakes in a small pot on the stove. Bring the honey to a simmer to open up all the flavor in the chili flakes, stir to evenly distribute them.
To assemble the broccoli toasts, spread a generous spoonful of pimento cheese on the toasted baguette, top with the broiled broccoli, and drizzle with the hot honey.
