1 cup (120 mL) buffalo sauce (Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce or equivalent)
4 Tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients minus the cauliflower.
Gently add in the cauliflower and toss together until coated.
Lightly grease your air fryer basket or rack. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, until slightly browned. You may have to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Alternatively, these can be baked in the oven on a lined baking sheet at 450°F (230°C) for about 25 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and sliced celery and carrot sticks OR make them into tacos.
