Low Carb Fruit Smoothies

Have Your Fruit and Eat it, Too!

Enjoying fruit can be challenging when on a low-carb or keto diet. That’s why we have put together a list of low carb fruit smoothies that anyone can enjoy! It combines the health benefits of a low-carb lifestyle with the benefits of eating fruit. You may not know it, but frozen fruit is actually fresher and has more nutritional content than fresh fruit! That’s because frozen fruit gets to stay in the field longer, getting picked at peak ripeness instead of being picked early enough to ripen on the way to the store.

These recipes make the most of summer’s most delicious flavors, all while keeping things low-carb. Need to stock up on berries? Try our Smoothie pack, complete with a mix of 16 bags of the berries you crave.
