Cranberries are a great eat all year round, not just during the holidays. Enjoy our premium cranberries in muffins, refreshing drinks, jams, cakes and scones! Great Ways to Enjoy

  • Make cranberry sauce. In a medium saucepan dissolve 1/3 cup sugar in 1/3 cup water over medium heat. Add frozen cranberries and bring to a low boil, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  • Make cranberry juice. In a large pot, add 4 cups of water and one bag of frozen cranberries. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain and discard solids. Add sugar to taste.
